I'm so in love with this set!! They are soft to color and dilute wonderfully with water. One of them came broken and I ask if it can be replaced. For my surprise, they just send me a whole new set. Very grateful for this!!!! Customer service at its best. Love Altenew and the quality of the products they sale. Loyal buyer here!!

My original review was 4 stars and noted that 3 pencils were broken when they arrived. Altenew reached out to me for verification of the problem and they are sending me new pencils. I loved this company for their beautiful and high quality products but the quality customer service just puts them over the top in my book. Thanks Altenew!

I really like these! They are bigger than the usual watercolor pencil with lots of color. The colors go onto the paper nicely, and respond well to the brush.

These pencils are extremely easy to add color to stamped image. I am a newbie and have been easily able to apply these beautiful colors with my Altenew watercolor brush. I have other brands but find these colors blend well together and match other available inks. I do wish more colors were available.

I love these watercolor pencils. They give me so much control over every where put paint and how much paint I put on. Down side. - 3 pencils arrived broken so I have to try to draw with the little nubs or use the bottoms with wet paint brush to the pencil and paint with it that way. It does take out some of my control over my picture. Other than that, these watercolor pencils are my new favorite toy!!
